the New York public library. Have each student obtain a library card.
- Have each student select a poem by Cullen, memorize it and write an
analysis of it.
- Have a classroom contest to see who can recire the best.
- Have students select their favorite poem by a write from the Harlem Renaissance. Have them reinterpret the poem in a rap. /li>
