One of the traditions in my family is celebrating Jewish holidays. We go to Temple twice a year for the holidays, Yom Kippur and Rushashuna. There are a lot of Jewish holidays during the year. Another is called Chanukkah. One thing we do on Chanukkah is we have a food called potato pancakes. We also light one candle a day on a thing called a Menorah. A tradition in our family is after dinner we open presents. Chanukkah lasts for 8 days. One year, my family flew to New York to Celebrate Chanukkah with my family there.
