Description: Urinometer. Blown glass tube with mercury filled sealed bulb at distal end; hollow, teardrop-shaped air chamber extends from sealed bulb, narrows and expands to spherical air chamber that ends in slender tube 6.5 cm. with hand marked paper scale; scale is graduated from 0 to 60 "Sp.Gr."; the teardrop-shaped air chamber is etched in script: "Urino Picnometer -- Dr. Lasee's Method -- Patented E & A. N.Y.". Case: 4 x 18 x 7 cm.; urinometer: 15 cm.
