Description: Nasal speculum. Chromium plated speculum has long (5 cm.), narrow, solid blades with concave inner surface that taper to rounded distal ends; handles extend from proximal end of blades at approximately 45 degree angle and are joined above midsection by a set screw; handles curve below set screw; spring controls dilation; second set screw secures dilation. Curved handle marked "JOHN BIRK". 14.5 x 3.5 x 4 cm.
