Scope has flexible shaft and vinyl sheath; proximal end has adjustable focusing eyepiece, glass lens, one instrument port, air/water and suction studs, two way control knob with locking feature, umbilical tube containing fiberoptic light bundle and air/water connection; shaft is calibrated; distal end has small flexible portion and rubber cuff surrounding instrument channel; also includes: air/water port with angled exit and two fiberoptic light bundle exits. Instrument is housed in plastic case. Instrument is marked: "TOKYO -- OLYMPUS EF." Scope: 83.5 x 1.3 (dia.) cm.; case: 56 x 11.5 x 41 cm.
