Nicole Woolsey Biggart is a professor of management and sociology at UC-Davis. Nicole is the author of, among other works, Charismatic Capitalism, the classic book on direct selling organizations such as Amway, Shaklee, and Mary Kay Cosmetics. She is also an expert on East Asian capitalism, and has authored numerous works on this topic.
