Travel Arrangements
Please contact Boersma Travel to arrange your transportation, and state that it is part of the "History and Theory of Infrastructure Workshop" through the School of Information at UM. Tickets will be charged directly, so you do not need to worry about reimbursement.

We can also reimburse travel that you arrange independently. Original receipts are required. However, note that per US federal rules, we can only reimburse travel on a US carrier.
Transportation from the airport must be arranged separately. You can either email Sharon Mahoney your flight information for her to reserve ground transportation, or contact one of the following services. Taxis to Ann Arbor are often available from the curb, but it is better to arrange a ride several days in advance to ensure that a vehicle will be ready.

Accommodations
Rooms are reserved for workshop attendees at two hotels. Please make your reservations by 28 August 2006. Contact Sharon Mahoney to arrange your room reservation. Room expenses will be charged directly, so again there should be no need for reimbursement.
