This area of the site is dedicated for the user to become educated on what is available to you as an SI faculty, staff, student, alumni, or guest to our computing environment. Please use the navigation to the left to find out detailed information on your affiliation with the School of Information. SI Computing account forms: 1 Page New Student Account Form: this is the account form to be filled out by all new SI Masters or PhD students (but not guest students; see #2 below). 2 Page Account Form: this is the account form to be filled out by all new faculty, staff and guests at SI. 1 Page Guest Sponsor Form: this must be filled out by the faculty or staff sponsor of the guest. These forms should be filled out and either mailed to: 400 West Hall 550 E. University Ave. Ann Arbor, MI 48104 or faxed to: 734-764-2475, to the attention of SI Computing.
