at SI, there are a variety of ways to contact us. Phone, e-mail
and in person are all options. Please bear in mind, however, that
the number of messages, concerns, and crises we need to address
during the course of a day is very large. We make every effort
to respond as quickly as we can, but patience is always appreciated.
Whether contact is by phone, through e-mail or in person, please
be as complete as possible with your information. This helps us
identify solutions and process requests/problems more accurately
and quickly.
