| Use the "Data" tab for creating easy backups and
data archiving.
1. OS9: Open Toast by  opening
the Apple Menu and choosing TOAST 5.1.4
| OSX: Open toast by clicking on TOAST icon in the dock

2. Then just simply drag what files and folders you want to burn into
the Toast window.
