Mulberry
Mulberry (ITCS-supported IMAP e-mail program for Macintosh and Windows) can be downloaded as a
stand-alone installer. These installers provide Mulberry in the same configuration as the
Internet Access Kits from the Blue Disc CD-ROM.
MULBERRY 3.1.5 NOW REQUIRED ITCS has significantly improved its e-mail service including increasing your mailbox size from 50 MB to 200 MB. However, to access your ITCS-provided e-mail using Mulberry, you must be using at least version 3.1.5. Earlier versions of Mulberry will no longer work.
Other ITCS-supported options include the web-based mail.umich.edu or Pine in an SSH session to the ITCS Login Service. If you prefer to use an e-mail program not supported by ITCS, there is a document for configuring a variety of popular e-mail programs. If your program is not included in this document, ITCS will attempt to assist you on a case-by-case basis. For assistance, please contact an ITCS consultant at (734) 764-HELP [4357] or send e-mail.

WINDOWS CAUTION!
Before using the Mulberry 3.1.5 installer (mulberry_individual.exe):
- Determine if Kerberos is running on your computer. For most users, this means looking for the

- If you have an IFS volume mounted on your computer (such as your Home directory), unmount it.
- Using the Add/Remove Programs control panel, remove any of the following programs:
- Mulberry
- Samba
- Kerberos
- Kerberos Authentication
If you removed any of these programs, restart your computer
before running the mulberry_individual.exe installer.
