Comments and reactions to presentations and discussions so far.
Groups are selected to have a mix of expertise. Each group will prepare will work towards their own version of a description of a research initiative. Try to do it in the framework discussed before lunch, but if you develop a "better idea" do it. Group leaders should capture material in a way that can be shared with others on Tuesday morning. Take breaks on your own.
4:30 All come together for quick status reports, issues, review of plans for evening and next day.

Default alternative:
Have a brief status check in plenary if not done at the end of the previous day. Keep the 4 groups (perhaps invite some exchnage of a few members) and charge each group to work in parallel to add more detail and depth. Also explore other issues, questions that the group selects for itself. Ask them to take a first pass at translating their results/findings into the substantive content of an RFP. Put results in writing.
