The main agenda for the February meeting is to report on progress along three fronts:
- Srvey of network payment schemes, requirements analysis

- Integration of NetBill and UMDL protocols, UM and NetBill trial
Bill Walsh, Wendy Lougee, Michael Wellman
- Market facilitator agent and descriptions for information goods and services
Tracy Mullen, Michael Wellman
All of this work is in progress, so the presentations will be of preliminary findings and issues of interest to the group.
