In each field below using controlled vocabulary there is an assumed "free" field which allows a content provider to enter their own choice of terms. Also, {}denote terms which be will more fully resolved by approximately April 1995.
Collection Title
- This is the field containing the primary name by which the collection will be known as a whole.

- This field contains the Internet address of the collection.

- This field allows the content provider to enter in a paragraph description about the collection (e.g. Dialog database entries in catalog)

- This field contains the domains from which access to a specific collection is allowed

- This field contains contact information for the person or persons who completed the conspectus entry for the collection

- This is the field for the broadest topical description of a collection

- This field contains information about the types of content in the collection which can be searched by a particular query
