Here is some information to keep in mind while preparing your papers. We would appreciate your cooperation in submitting abstracts in ASCII format, or as a Microsoft Word for Windows file, or as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file attachment. These abstracts should be approximately 2,500 words or five written pages, and should focus on the methodology and results in the work to be presented. Authors will be notified of acceptance on or before October 31, 2002. Authors may submit extended abstracts of papers under publication consideration elsewhere and will retain copyright ownership of their papers. WISE does not publish proceedings and should not be considered a venue for final publication.
