The University Library Associates (ULA) program is an excellent opportunity for MSI students who are interested in academic and research libraries. The ULA program combines education and work experience in the University Library. Students attend SI classes full-time and work a 50 percent appointment in the University Library, earning a full-tuition scholarship, health-care benefits, and a stipend.
For more information, read the ULA program description.
To apply for a ULA position, complete and submit the online ULA application form. This form should be submitted in addition to the standard SI application. The deadline is Jan. 15, and final decisions are typically made in the end of March or early April.
