Susan Turnbull

Susan B. Turnbull works in the GSA Office of Intergovernmental Solutions, within the Office of Citizen Services and Communications. She is a member of several improvement communities such as: Emerging Technology Subcommittee of the Architecture and Infrastructure Committee, Categorization of Government Information Working Group of the Interagency Committee on Government Information, Social, Economic and Workforce Implications of IT and IT Workforce Development Coordinating Group, Consolidated Health Informatics Council/Federated Health Architecture Initiative. She conducts frequent Collaborative Expedition Workshops with multiple Communities of Practice to explore questions these communities are asking as they seek to advance citizen-centered government.
