I teach gifted Navajo students at Rocky Ridge school in Dinnebito, AZ., graduated from the University of Michigan and earned my MA from Northern Arizona University. I am originally from Michigan and would lik e to contact other Austgen people, especially any Austgens' who have information about my paternal Grandmother, Laura Corner Austgen who was a Cherokee and lived in northern Indiana with my Grandfather, Jacob Austgen. My other interests include Russian history and literature, travel, word puzzles, gourmet cooking (for abusive eating), and certainly my children.
