UMSI archivist aids Rwanda narrative project

UMSI archivist David Wallace has worked for the past four years on an inter-generational project aimed at resurrecting the storytelling traditions in Rwanda, a country decimated by the 1994 genocide. His efforts went into a permanent exhibit called "Stories for Hope," at the Rwandan National Archives, which opened October 12 for the first time in nearly two decades.
