Project Objectives
- Perform usability tests, evaluations and observations of hardware and software
- Conduct focus groups and interviews with internal and external clients to gather requirements
- Edit help documentation for database and confidential online tool
- Program enhancements to confidential online tool
- Develop conceptual mockup for GUI changes to confidential online tool

Project Outcomes
While at IBM I shared recommendations from usability tests, evaluations and observations of hardware and software.
I also reported data from focus groups and interviews with internal and external clients to gather requirements. I completed help documentation for database and online tools and provided a
conceptual mockup for GUI changes that will be used as a starting point for future changes.
