Before SI: Earned a BS in computer engineering. Launched the dotcomDetroit program, which works to develop young consultants with both strong tech skills and superior business savvy.
At SI: Came to SI as a GEM Fellow and studied information policy with a specific interest in minorities and underrepresented communities: "SI is a hybrid of socially responsible individuals and technical scientists. They are able to combine advances in technology with advances in human rights and human advocacy." Also continued his work with the dotcomDetroit program.
Projects at SI included the launching of a new student organization, Underrrepresented Minorities at SI (UM@SI), devoted to strengthening the social capital of minority students at the School. Mosley also earned an award at a national conference for a coauthored paper he presented on E-commerce in African-American communities [more], and traveled to Africa as part of a Business School study group.

After SI: After SI, Mosley spent time in South Africa as a Microsoft Fellow, attended Harvard Law School, and is now a clerk for Judge Damon Keith of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
