Biography

I am a Thai national Ph.D. candidate at the School of Information. Before coming to SI, I had worked at the Administrative Court in Bangkok, Thailand as a computer official for about 6 years. Now I am on an educational leave, and will go back to the government upon my doctoral studies completion.

Research interests

My research interests include Digital Government, CSCW, and Organizational Studies. I am interested in studying the relationship between the development, adoption, and use of ICT and organizational changes in the public sector. In my dissertation, I examine the relationship between the development and use of ICTs and organizational changes in Thai government agencies. Also, I will explain how socio-political characteristics affect digital government development, adoption, and use in Thai government, and by extension, developing countries with conditions similar to those in Thailand.
