Joanna Kroll is senior associate director of career development for the School of Information. She manages SI career services; provides career counseling, resume and cover letter review. She also assists with interview preparation and job/internship search strategies and coordinates career workshops and panels. Kroll manages employer relations and development, job and internship postings, and the iTrack recruitment system. She also manages the Practical Engagement Program and monitors students' credit-based internships. Previously, she was assistant director of career services at the University of Detroit Mercy Career Center, working with undergraduates and graduate students from numerous disciplines.
