Kelly Kowatch Assistant Director

Kelly Kowatch is assistant director of the School of Information Career Development Office. Her interests and experience are focused on career services and academic affairs.
Kowatch provides career counseling and advising on internship
and job search strategies, resumes, cover letters, and
interviewing. She assists in the coordination and monitoring of
credit-based internships, as well as coordinates the Alternative
Spring Break program.
Before coming to SI, Kowatch worked in various career services
offices, including the Ohio State University Business School and
the Business School at Loyola University in Chicago. She has
provided career counseling and advising to undergraduate and
MBA students. She has also conducted professional skills
workshops and coordinated numerous panels on specific career
fields. In addition, she has worked with employer relations and
on-campus recruiting programs.
Kowatch also has experience with service-learning programs
and with study abroad and international experience programs.
