Sara Ulius and Rebecca Roth worked at World Resources Institute (WRI) while in Washington, D.C. Sara and Rebecca first familiarized themselves with the organization and learned about the structure of WRI's intranet and Web site. Then they transferred one of WRI's recent publications from print to HTML format. Armed with their knowledge of Web and media authoring tools and an understanding of how to create usable, accessible web pages, Sara and Rebecca converted tables and charts, created graphics, and formatted text for the Web, facilitated by WRI's extensive documentation of in-house Web design standards.
