SI student Elizabeth Goldman spent ASB week at EDUCAUSE in Washington, DC. Elizabeth worked on several projects, including summarizing reports on library technology policies and summarizing a Senate hearing on cyberterrorism. Both of these write-ups were sent to the EDUCAUSE client base. She also had the opportunity to write an abstract for a proposed panel at a conference. In addition to these projects, she constructed a web page of resources on identity theft for use by the EDUCAUSE member universities. Elizabeth enjoyed putting her studies in to use and gaining a taste of policy work.
