For the third time in ASB history, AAAS made productive use of an SI student for the week of spring break. Armando Castillo Russi used his experience and SI knowledge to consult in a number of areas within the Archives Management unit at AAAS. In particular, he helped map out a plan of work for transforming the AAAS archives catalog from an Excel spreadsheet into a more sophisticated record database that connects with online information available at http://archives.aaas.org/. Armando had high praise for his supervisor and appreciated the professional challenge of the project.
