" I have the honor to refer to your note...proposing that the United States Government should undertake the responsibility for the construction and operation of certain radar stations in British Columbia, Ontario, and Nova Scotia to augment the radar extension in the southern part of Canada.
I am pleased to inform you that the Canadian Government concurs in this proposal, subject to the terms attached to this note. Åh
