At UMSI, we are committed to creating and sustaining a community that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. Your insight is invaluable as it helps us understand what is happening within our community and continuously improve.
Feel free to share ideas and input with our UMSI DEI Committee to encourage the ongoing development of our DEI strategic plan and to improve its implementation. This includes general feedback and experiences reflecting positive contributions to an inclusive environment as well as experiences that reflect needs for improvement.
While we hope that your experiences at UM and UMSI reflect our commitment to DEI, at times we know they may not. If you are a witness to or experience conduct that discriminates, stereotypes, excludes, harasses or harms you or any person in our community based on an identity (race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, work status, or religion), please report it to the university.
