DEI feedback and reporting
Share your ideas and input with the members of the UMSI DEI Committee by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or use the DEI Committee's Anonymous Feedback Form. This feedback will inform school efforts to achieve the goals of our DEI strategic plan, which includes recruitment & retention, education & scholarship and building an inclusive and equitable community for all.
While we hope that your experiences at UM and UMSI reflect our commitment to DEI, at times we know they may not. If you are a witness to or experience conduct that discriminates, stereotypes, excludes, harasses or harms you or any person in our community based on an identity (race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, work status, or religion), please report it to the university. Reporting incidents to the university is important — but you can also contact Judy Lawson, Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (email@example.com) and/or Devon Keen, Director of Inclusion, Equity and Outreach (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confidentially discuss the incident, situation or concern and determine ways UMSI can be supportive and responsive. We can advise you on options for follow up and assist with resolution of your concern.
