Elizabeth Larson is an independent knowledge management and collaboration consultant with over 15 years of experience developing strategic programs for professional services firms, and manufacturing organizations. She is experienced at developing knowledge programs from their inception, working with clients to implement these strategies, and helping organizations limit knowledge loss in their organizations. Liz is a former senior advisor with APQC where she collaborated with clients to scale knowledge management capabilities to address business challenges, increase organizational efficiencies, and develop knowledge sharing cultures. Liz was instrumental in developing coursework and methodology to advance the field of knowledge management. Before joining APQC, she held knowledge management and research roles for the Hackett Group, Syngenta, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
