Irene Cheung is vice president of BMSC Consulting - Global Marketing, Marriott International. She is a former director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she collaborated with clients to solve challenges in their front-office functions and to build a better customer experience.
She has advised clients in transportation and logistics, industrial manufacturing, professional services, and retail sectors on customer management processes and strategies, and she has served as a key functional link to integration with technical applications and back-end systems to enable these strategies. She specializes in customer relationship management and is a leader in the customer engagement space.
Irene holds a BA in chemistry and history from Amherst College and an MSI and MBA from the University of Michigan.
