Kelvin Lam
Kelvin Lam is an executive director at J.P. Morgan, where he focuses on trading residential mortgage whole loans. In this role he evaluates and prices assets for acquisition, warehouse financing and investment banking advisory.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, Lam was a vice president at Credit Suisse, where he structured asset-backed securities and provided data analytics to various mortgage trading desks. Prior to his career in finance, he was a consultant at Sapient Corporation, providing software development consulting to a wide range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Lam holds a BS in computer science from the University of Michigan.
