UMSI Bicentennial campus symposium

The UMSI Bicentennial campus symposium celebrates the 200th birthday of the University of Michigan and 90th year of the School of Information. The daylong event features UMSI supporters, friends and alumni from across the country, including venture capitalist Roger Ehrenberg; Jamie Voris, Chief Technology Officer of Walt Disney Studios; and Nancy Pearl (AMLS '67), executive director of the Washington Center for the Book at Seattle Public Library and best-selling author of Book Lust. UMSI faculty and students will present on a variety of topics ranging from libraries to information of the future.
The UMSI Bicentennial Symposium is supported by the John Seely Brown Symposium Fund, the Bishop and Martha Boaz Lecture Fund and the U-M Office of Academic Innovation.
