We offer many opportunities to visit campus. Please consider the following options and schedule your visit!

Prospective Student Day

October 18, 2019, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This on-campus event will allow prospective students to learn more about the Master Health Informatics curriculum, admission process, current student perspective, and career outcomes.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from a panel of current students, faculty, and staff. In addition, attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about the career field from an alumna of the program. The event will conclude with dinner in Downtown Ann Arbor.

Admitted Student Day

Admitted Student Day for those admitted to the fall program will be April 3, 2020. Admitted students will receive additional information.

Individual visits

If you would like to visit campus, whether as a prospective student or as an admitted student, we would be happy to host you for an individual visit.

Admissions advising: Meet with a staff representative to discuss the program and ask questions about applying, the admissions process, funding and other remaining questions.

Class visit: During the fall and winter semesters, you are welcome to attend a class of interest. Please review the core courses and let us know the course or courses you are interested in visiting.

Meet with a current student: Meet with a current student to learn more about their experiences in Health Informatics or in any of the partnering schools.

Tour the Schools of Information and Public Health: See classrooms and study areas and learn about our use of technology and collaborative spaces.

The Master of Health Informatics at the University of Michigan is a joined degree, featuring courses and faculty from the School of Information, School of Public Health and the School of Medicine Department of Learning Health Sciences.
