Wellness coaching uses a person’s own motivations and strengths and supports behavior change(s) through a collaborative, non-judgmental partnership. Wellness coaches work with students to help them set and achieve wellness goals, balance dimensions of health and wellness, and learn resilience and coping skills for a well life.
U-M Services for Students with Disabilities
This office provides support services and academic accommodations to students with disabilities. They share information, promote awareness of disability issues, and provide support of a decentralized system of access for students within the University community. They can answer questions, help assess disability needs and work with students transitioning to the U-M campus.
