At SI: Of Professor Judy Olson's SI 622: "Evaluation of Systems and Services," Hand says "I came out of that course with a fundamentally different concept of the world. After SI: Took a position as an information architect with Argus Associates upon graduation, helping companies improve their corporate Web sites so that clients could locate and organize information quickly. Later founded his own start-up, FloSpace, developing information architecture software tools, and also worked for SavaJe Technologies, which makes a Java operating system for smart phones.
