Over the course of 8 weeks, I got to work remotely as a UX Design Intern at IBM. It was intense, immersive and an experience that I will never forget. With the help of my team members, design educators, cohort coach and mentor I developed the confidence, knowledge and skills to carry me into my professional career. I learned how to use resources and navigate within a big tech company, communicate with a fully developed team, become a better storyteller and how to best utilize my design thinking skills. I earned three certifications provided by IBM while learning their design thinking methodology Enterprise Design Thinking, including co-creator and practitioner.
