My supervisor was very supportive and easy to talk to. He gave clear guidance, answered my questions, and provided helpful feedback throughout the internship. I appreciated that he trusted me to work independently but was always available when I needed help. Overall, my internship experience at Centene was very valuable. I learned a lot about working with healthcare data in the real world and improved my technical and communication skills. It also helped me feel more confident about my future career in healthcare analytics.
My supervisor provided consistent guidance and encouraged me to connect technical work with clinical impact. This internship gave me hands-on experience with real hospital data and systems, and strengthened my skills in data quality, system prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
