In my role as External Engagement Project Manager, I work with external partners and in partnership with colleagues and faculty, to develop, evaluate, and refine projects for UMSI client-based courses and programs. 

Project-based learning has been central to my learning and growth at each stage of my education and career, which reflects my wide ranging interests. My degrees are from Syracuse University (B.A. in Geography and Photojournalism), University of Cincinnati (JD), and IMD in Switzerland (MBA). My career has involved a lot of learning to manage and leverage information to build (and break) tools and products. I have worked as an assistant in Hollywood, an Immigration Attorney in Metro Detroit, a global Product Manager in Switzerland, and most recently as a senior leader at tech startups in London and Detroit. 

I am genuinely happy to meet with students interested in enhancing their learning experience through collaboration here at UMSI or about applying learnings out in the wild afterward.

I was born and raised in Metro Detroit, but moved away for many years. Happy to now be living  in Ann Arbor with my husband and our two cats.
