Biography

Zoë Natalia Cullen is a fourth-year PhD candidate at the University of Michigan's School of Information. Her research focuses on social media, human-AI interaction, and platform epistemology, exploring how these platforms influence social interactions and knowledge dissemination. She is advised by Dr. Nicole Ellison and Dr. Irene Pasquetto. Zoë has affiliations with the Social Media Research Lab at the University of Michigan and the Social Media Lab at Stanford University. Before her PhD, she worked as a marketing director and SEO specialist for a cybersecurity company.
