University of Michigan School of Information
Community partners
The School of Information offers organizations from all sectors opportunities to benefit from students' developing skill sets through client-based courses and programs and other non-credit-based programs. As part of these opportunities, you’ll have the chance to take advantage of students' developing knowledge and skills to address your real information challenges in a variety of areas, with the supervision of our world-class faculty.
Client-based courses offer organizations the opportunity to increase their capacity through work in website and user experience design, health informatics, information consulting, data analysis, social media and other areas. For more information about how to get your project in front of students from those classes, see opportunities to benefit from our students' skills as a client in our courses.
In addition to classes, we offer opportunities for students to help out with your project needs as part of other programs including community partnerships, Alternative Spring Break, Design Clinic and our Citizen Interaction Design program.
