Biography

Lead the strategic vision for enhancing mentorship and professionalism development within UMSI, aligning with UMSI’s mission and values. Develop, lead and/or enhance mentorship programs for faculty, staff and PhD students. Create resources and tools for identifying, tracking and reflecting on professional development experiences. Create new professional development opportunities that meet evolving needs. Previous roles included leadership of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Student and Academic Affairs, Career Development and Engaged Learning Programs.
