Biography

Shannon Gass started as the Assistant Director of Academic Success in December 2022. Shannon previously served as the MADS Academic Advisor where she helped support online learners in areas of advising, student support, and orientation. Prior to starting at UMSI, Shannon worked at Madonna University in Livonia, MI as the Director of First-Year Experience and Retention Specialist in the Business School. Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Madonna University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from Wayne State University.
