500 Fridays - OSCR: Conflict and Mediation

In this workshop, we explore the basics of conflict resolution, including conflict styles, communication methods, culture and conflict, and active listening. We generally create two or more scenarios for participants to practice with that are adapted to the values and day-to-day activities of your group. We encourage participants to apply the communication methods to these scenarios, and consider how individuals’ differing conflict styles impact how they approach the conflict.
