At UMSI, we welcome feedback that helps strengthen our organizational culture and community.

Anonymous feedback for the Organizational Culture and Community team

UMSI students, faculty, staff, volunteers and program participants may provide anonymous feedback through the secure form below. Responses are accessible only to staff in the Organizational Culture and Community (OCC) team. Depending on the nature of the feedback, we may consult with the UMSI Culture of Care Committee for input and recommendations, or submit a report of the anonymous concerns to U-M’s Equity, Civil Rights & Title IX office.

Examples of feedback include:

  • Concerns about respect, equity, accessibility and inclusion in the UMSI community
  • Recommendations for community programming or initiatives
  • Feedback on OCC activities and events
  • Questions about the OCC team or the Culture of Care Committee
