Bequest information form
A bequest is a transfer, by will, of property such as cash, securities (stocks), or tangible property to an individual or a charitable organization. For many of our alumni and friends, a charitable bequest is an ideal way to combine sound planning with thoughtful giving. We understand that your bequest intentions are a personal matter and that you may wish to keep them confidential. However, if you are willing to inform us of your intentions, it would be very helpful to the School of Information in its financial planning and qualifies you for membership in the University of Michigan's John Monteith Legacy Society.
