All current Michigan community college students curious about the University of Michigan School of Information (UMSI) and the study of information are welcome to attend the Community College Summer Institute (CCSI) virtual information sessions hosted by UMSI's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office. Although the institute focuses on the transfer of Michigan community college students, we also encourage students from four-year and out-of-state institutions to join the information sessions and apply.
