Program structure for U-M undergraduates
The Accelerated Master’s Degree Program (AMDP) allows high-performing University of Michigan–Ann Arbor undergraduates from any school or college to pursue a Master of Science in Information degree in as few as three academic terms.

The MSI normally consists of 48 credits. Through the AMDP, you will complete a reduced requirement of 39 credits of graduate-level coursework to earn your degree:

Through the UMSI internship courses, AMDP students are able to earn up to 9 course credits. Students typically complete an internship for credit in the summer between their second and third term of the MSI degree.
