U-M faculty announce 2026-27 SBEE seminar speakers

The University of Michigan's Social, Behavioral and Experimental Economics seminar series returns this fall with a new lineup of speakers examining research that bridges economics, computer science and psychology.

The series brings together scholars from three units: the School of Information, the Department of Economics and the Ross School of Business. Seminars run Mondays from 2 to 3:15 p.m. ET, with one exception: Friday, November 13, 11 a.m. to noon.

Fall seminars meet in the Dow Room, Leinweber 4320. Winter seminars move to the Ehrlicher Room, 3100 North Quad.

The SBEE seminar series is organized by U-M faculty members Yan Chen (UMSI), Karthik Srinivasan (UMSI), Alain Cohn (UMSI), Erin Krupka (UMSI), Tanya Rosenblat (UMSI), Steve Leider (Ross), Yesim Orhun (Ross), Christine Exley (Econ), Basit Zafar (Econ) and Kevin Carney (Econ).
