Accelerated Master's Degree Program

The Accelerated Master's Degree Program (AMDP) is an opportunity for currently enrolled, high performing UMSI undergraduates majoring in Informatics (BSI) to complete their graduate degree in Information (MSI). While this condensed one-year format offers significant cost-savings, students will still obtain the valuable skills and experience that make our MSI students leaders in the field.

Students will need to formally apply to the program in their senior year of the BSI program. We encourage interested students to apply by the priority deadline to ensure that their decisions can be delivered ahead of registration for the winter semester. Current students should refer to the MSI Academic Advising Resource site to ensure they are accessing the most up-to-date curricular information for their specific cohort.
